CASE / Impact sourcing
More than 16 years of Neeraj Logani’s prior experience informs NavaFuturo’s demand-led approach to preparing people in smaller cities for accountable digital work.
The experience occurred in India before NavaFuturo. Local labor conditions, language, regulation, client demand and delivery realities in Mexico require independent validation through a controlled NavaFuturo pilot.
Operating context
The operating challenge was to connect capable people in underserved regions with real client work while maintaining delivery expectations. Training, supervision, quality and progression had to function as parts of one operating system.
Training without paying demand does not create sustainable employment. Hiring without role readiness can damage both client outcomes and employee confidence. The model therefore had to connect demand, preparation, live-work support and performance evidence.
What the prior team did
Results and relevance
The experience established a practical model linking client demand, workforce preparation and governed delivery.
It demonstrated why delivery performance must remain the entry requirement for durable social impact.
The lessons now inform NavaFuturo’s proposed regional-Mexico model.
Regional and nearshore delivery models
Workforce preparation linked to live roles
Responsible employment and progression
Business performance measured alongside social outcomes
Apply the lesson responsibly
Prior experience can inform the design, but it cannot replace discovery in your operating environment. Begin with representative data, accountable owners and a result worth measuring.
